Villa la Angostura

It borders the north shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi and is divided into two zones, the crossing, which is its commercial center, and the village, which is located on the lake. Its activity is focused at the junction, thus pushing its ports.
Founded in 1937, the National Park and neighboring the Myrtles, is the main natural attraction of Villa la Angostura is located 12 km. within the lake.
Several years ago which is a key tourist destination for nature lovers, fishing, skiing at Cerro Bayo, trekking, mountaineering, mountain biking and kayaking.

Myrtle Forest: Daily tours depart from the narrow harbor, is the only national park that has this kind. You can opt for a bike back across the peninsula Quetrihue, or can be accessed through an intense trekking from Villa La Angostura (3 or 4 h.).
In the narrow dock port on gentle bay, the excursions depart to the forest of myrtle and other rides on the lake.

Reserve Laguna Verde: cypress, cohiues, myrtles, and other species. In the center is the green lagoon of emerald green.
