San Martin Lake, horseback riding to Cerro Chipping

Hosted on La Maipu , a very nice stay, which is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Lake San Martin .
Upon arrival we met Louis, the pawn of the room, and Agnes, the owner of the place, two lovely people who looked after us very well, they laughed, and told us stories of his life ...

The first day of rest, then we decided to ride to Chipping Hill . That lasts about 6 h. yeah, a lot to me, who had not ever ridden so many hours. It was fun and entertaining, there were moments of laughter, but other voltage. At least to me, at a crossing of a river, I was afraid, my friend drove off and used to laugh at me. Je.

We went through a beech forest, while Louis, we told stories of neighboring fields, and how to live the harsh winter in the room, also warned us of the sight of a condor if I saw him. Later, we ate our lunch box next to a shelter, small, mid-way, and rested a bit, we still had another piece!
This area is used as a summer camp for the sheep. We walked to the foot of the hill, and ascended one of its edges, to obtain a view of the mountains of the Andes, and also to see the Fitz Roy .

Finally, back to stay, very tired all day, but very happy, the experience of making a long ride is fantastic, very gentle and quiet horse, some time or another did not want to follow, and I do. But we made it!
After visiting the library have in patagonian stay, we prepare to feast on chicken cooked Luis disk, and take the opportunity to take a wine and of course ...
